Our experienced team, led by British Menopause Society specialists, offers personalised treatments and support in a comfortable and welcoming environment at our clinics in both Bishops Stortford and our CQC registered in Cambridge.
We serve women across Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, providing expert menopause treatment in Bishops Stortford and Cambridge, along with a full range of women's wellness services.

Our Services
Menopause Treatment
We not only have the years worth of experience working with women through all the chapters of their lives, but we also are British Menopause Society specialists. We offer unique consultations tailored to help you best manage your menopause. This may include HRT and testosterone prescribing. We provide expert menopause treatment in both our Bishops Stortford and Cambridge clinics.
Well Woman Bloods - Phlebotomy Service
We offer a same-day phlebotomy service whilst you’re in clinic at either our Cambridge or Bishops Stortford locations, or via our affiliated mobile phlebotomy company, JMphlebotomy.
There is also the option of using Medicheck labs, who have various blood-taking centres throughout the UK.
Contraception
We are happy to discuss all contraceptive needs and have a wide knowledge base of all the latest available options. This includes coil fitting and implant insertions and removals. Having fitted thousands of coils and implants over the years you shall be in very experienced hands.
Please note: We are only able to fit coils and implants in our
CQC registered Cambridge site.
Prescribing - HRT & Contraception
For all established patients, we are happy to provide ongoing prescriptions and request you book in once a year for an annual review using a follow-up appointment.
We charge to generate the repeat prescription whilst the medication cost sits with you and the pharmacy.
Pricing
We offer a range of appointment types to suit your needs, both online and in-person. Our pricing is transparent, and we are happy to discuss options with you during your consultation.
Online or in-person, this is designed to get to know you, your medical history and the journey you have been on so far. This may include a prescription at the end of the consultation (medication cost in additional).
up to 60 mins I £300
First appointment
Online or in-person, this time will be spend evaluating your progress and exploring anything else you wish to cover. This is also recommended after any blood tests undertaken
Up to 30 mins I £150
Follow up appointment
Online or in-person, this appointment is for contraception care alone. Its is also required for any pre coil or implant fit assessment (cost of fit is additional).

Contraception only appointment
In-person only at our Cambridge CQC registered clinic. This is for private coil fittings and/or removals. If you are new to the clinic we offer a FREE 15 minute telephone appointment prior to your coil fitting to make sure you have all your questions answered and this option is right for you.

If you are new to the clinic we offer a FREE 15 minute telephone appointment prior to your implant fitting/removal to make sure you have all your questions answered and this option is right for you.

Smear test
In-person only at our Cambridge CQC registered clinic. This is inclusive of appointment charge and test cost.

Additional costs
We are happy to request your NHS GP to take over prescribing of any of our suggestions. For ease, however, you may wish to continue private prescriptions. As long as you are under yearly review with our team we are happy to facilitate this. The cost of the prescription itself is in addition to this.
3 monthly prescription issue admin fee I £40
There may be times especially after starting HRT that you require some quick email advise. We are happy to do this. However anything more comprehensive will be best managed in a follow up appointment.
