Do you only see adults?
Yes we care for those aged 18 years and over.

Do you prescribe Testosterone?
We provide all hormonal options available and licenced in the UK market, we do not offer testosterone or oestrogen implants.

How do you manage prescriptions?
We work with an online pharmacy called Pharamcierge whom you pay directly and who deliver your prescriptions to a location of your choice. We can also provide a written prescription for you to take elsewhere if you wish

Do you see patients from outside of the UK?
We are only seeing UK based patients at the moment.

How often do I need to be reviewed if on HRT?
In order to continue your ongoing repeat prescriptions we request an annual follow review with each patient.

How do I get in touch if I need to change my appointment?
You have 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or make changes. Just send an email through to contact@wwc.clinic.

Do you manage gender affirmation hormones
We are happy to see all persons with an ovarian system however we are not gender dysphoria experts and are unable to manage gender clinic prescriptions but can discuss whole health, screening, menopause care etc.

Will you write to my GP?
Yes we will always write to you and copy in your GP or any specialist you wish us to share your information with.

Will I need blood tests?
Blood tests are not required for diagnosis of menopause in most women. Diagnosis of menopause is based on your symptoms and symptoms can start 10 years before your periods end naturally. We offer a multitude of blood test options and your doctor will help you decide what may be useful and right for your care and general health screening.
